Property acquisition profile

Full-time care facilities with 80+ beds, predominantly single rooms
Day-care facilities
Assisted living and senior shared housing
Mixed-use properties with a social component
Operator-free properties and new-build projects
Cities of 30,000+ residents, central location, good infrastructure
Hospital proximity and residential neighbourhoods preferred
Purchase price by individual negotiation
Asset and share deals; partial ownership and ground leases in special cases

Care operations acquisition profile

Full-time care facilities with 80+ beds, predominantly single rooms
Day-care facilities
Assisted living
Senior shared housing and mixed concepts
Microlocation, pricing and site criteria identical to the property profile
